Per circa un mese, con cadenza pressoché́ giornaliera, ho misurato il mio corpo, tracciando con un pennarello rettangoli o triangoli dei quali calcolavo l’area. Durante l’azione, tramite l’autoscatto, ho creato una serie di immagini e annotato su un quaderno le misure trovate. Una parte del materiale è raccolta in un libro rilegato a mano.

During about a month’s time, with an almost daily date, I’d been measuring my own body surface, subdividing it in small areas. I’ve documented everything through a series of self-timers and with the help of a copy-book in which I made note of the measurements. It was a daily appointment to which I couldn’t give up. In the second place I organized part of the material in a hand-bound book.
